Most engagements start with a 30-minute conversation to understand where the business is and where it's going. From there, we propose a defined scope of work - often beginning with a diagnostic of your current finance function before any longer-term partnership is agreed.

Our work suits founder-led companies between roughly €1M and €30M in revenue, typically post-seed through Series B. The common pattern: revenue is scaling faster than the finance function supporting it.

No. We sit at a different layer - strategic finance, planning, and operations - and work alongside your existing accounting and bookkeeping providers. In some engagements we also help structure or upgrade those arrangements as part of the broader operating model.

A first conversation is exploratory. We want to understand your business, the questions on your mind, and what "good" looks like for you. There is no obligation and no sales sequence - just an honest assessment of whether we are the right fit.

Both. Most engagements run remotely with periodic on-site time in Haarlem, Amsterdam, or at the client's office. For implementation-heavy work - ERP rollouts, FP&A buildouts - on-site presence at key milestones is common.
